Due to hygiene and personal-wear reasons, our jewellery items are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty once sold or worn, unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos after receiving it.

Currently, our delivery service is only available within Singapore. Overseas customers may arrange their own freight forwarder or courier collection. Once the parcel is handed over to the customer’s appointed courier or freight forwarder, Densons Atelier will not be responsible for missing parcels, damage, delays, or issues caused during third-party shipping.

Yes, self-collection is available by appointment only. Please contact us first to arrange a suitable collection date and time before coming down.
