Our local delivery is available from Tuesday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays. Before delivery, we will contact the customer via WhatsApp to confirm the arrangement.

Currently, our delivery service is only available within Singapore. Overseas customers may arrange their own freight forwarder or courier collection. Once the parcel is handed over to the customer’s appointed courier or freight forwarder, Densons Atelier will not be responsible for missing parcels, damage, delays, or issues caused during third-party shipping.
